Watch auctions at no charge. To bid, verify your account and documents, pay the refundable deposit and obtain approval for the specific auction.

Browse vehicles and upcoming auctions. Save vehicles to your watchlist and check the published lot fees.

2. Sign up

Create an account, confirm your email and complete your personal details. Upload your ID, proof of residence and stamped bank confirmation for verification.

3. Register for an auction

The refundable deposit is R5,000.00. Use the payment advice reference for EFT. Upload proof of payment, then wait for bank receipt and document verification. Each auction needs its own approved registration and buyer code.

4. Participate

Watching is free. Approved buyers can place bids on the open lot. The auctioneer controls opening prices, increments and lot closing. Bids must meet the current minimum and increment. A result below the seller's reserve remains subject to confirmation (STC).

5. Checkout and collect

Confirmed purchases appear in My Basket. Choose personal or company billing, and apply available deposit funds or retain them. Checkout creates a proforma with an EFT reference. Full payment is due within 2 working days. Request collection only after full payment is confirmed.

Deposits, refunds and collection

Deposit funds are held while you are registered for an open auction. After the auction closes, available funds can be used towards a purchase or requested as a refund. Refund requests require verified bank details and are due within 3 working days.

No collection on weekends, public holidays or auction days. Bring your ID and proof of payment. A third-party collector also needs an authorisation letter and their ID. License your vehicle within 21 days.
